How much does a custom automation cost?+
Pricing is custom (POA). Most engagements start with a paid discovery to scope the work, then a fixed-price build. Smaller automations typically start from £3,500; larger multi-system integrations are quoted per project.
Which systems can you integrate with?+
Anything with an API or database — Xero, QuickBooks, Stripe, Shopify, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Notion, Airtable, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, custom internal tools, and leading LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Perplexity).
Do you build with AI agents or traditional automation?+
Both, and usually a mix. Deterministic logic for anything that must be exact (money, stock, compliance), and LLM-powered steps for fuzzy work like classification, extraction, summarisation and drafting.
Who owns the code and the data?+
You do. We build inside your accounts, on your infrastructure where possible, and hand over full ownership of the code, credentials and documentation.
How long does a typical build take?+
Discovery is usually 1–2 weeks. Builds range from 2 weeks for a focused automation to 8–12 weeks for multi-system reconciliation or agent workflows.
